It’s just too good not to post. Gaga definitely brings out the haters (pretty sure I lost some twitter followers over her today LOL) but looking solely at this video – no, scratch that ANY of her videos but especially this one – please tell me how you’re still hating!? I started out completely skeptical of everything Gaga, but she has more than won me over with time, and visually (and I like the music too, but see how one would hate it) just hits it out of the park. Unlike some others, her creativity is genuine, not just the product of… being a product?
This a perfect pop video in my book (minus the weird bug eyes, not really into that) and I would totally work for the Haus of Gaga any day haha. I would actually like to DIY the red number at the end and do the Charleston in it all day.
I rarely get this fangirl-y but I LOVE this video. Get it Gaga… killing the Pop game. Also, check out Elizabeth going Gaga too, because she does it better than us all!

Yes I totally freaked out like a 15 year old watching MTV jams.. This video is amazing… I think Gaga is a true musical talent. The Britney’s and Beyonce’s of the world better watch out!!.

She has a way with not only image- but also sounds (all the strange non-words and made up words that just seem to work into a song) and rhythm. thanks for sharing!
i’m with you on the lady gaga thing. i didn’t think much of her in the beginning and thought she was just a trend..but after awhile i’ve been catching onto her with music and her style.

I don’t understand how anyone couldn’t appreciate this video for being absolutely fantastic. It’s mesmerizing to say the least and I’ve watched it at least 5 times today.

i LOVE lady gaga. i think she’s a total character, and like you said genuinely creative versus a manufactured popstar. she’s definitely brought crazy fashion to the mainstream.. and the fact that she can walk in those mcqueen shoes alone makes her a winner in my book :)

I have to say, when Gaga first came out, I was more than skeptical. Her music is bland and kind of…well, bad, to be honest, but then I saw this video. Which led to seeing other videos. Which led to interviews. Which led to videos of her playing piano and singing live in a mall…
Which, needless to say, led to what can only be fangirlism. It’s weird, I’ve come to kind of like her music just because I like her so much! She’s this generation’s mover and shaker and such a necessary departure from the Mileys and the Britneys that I’m totally in support of her. Go GaGa!
I LOVE this video and all her others! But for some reason, no one but me wants to know what exactly inspired her for the symbolism in this video. Does anyone speculate an answer?
